Subscription Box - Terms & Conditions

Subscription Types

We offer two types of subscriptions:

Monthly subscription
Billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

Prepaid subscription (3 or 6 months)
Paid in full at checkout and does not auto-renew at the end of the selected period.

Billing & Payments

  • Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Prepaid subscriptions are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes may apply.

Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.
  • Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled once the first box has been shipped.

Renewals

  • Prepaid subscriptions never auto-renew.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Shipping

  • One box is shipped per month during the active subscription period.
  • Shipping delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the surprise nature of book boxes, all sales are final once a box has been shipped.

If an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.
