Shipping & Return Policies

Your order is shipped through OGALO using reliable carriers such as Nationex, GLS, or Purolator. A tracking number is always provided.

Current processing time is 1 to 3 business days after payment is received (please allow extra time during the holidays). Once packages are handed off to our shipping provider, delivery timelines are no longer in our control.

Please note: We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.


PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we must wait for the package to be returned before reshipping it. The cost of reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.


CANADA (QUEBEC & ONTARIO) ORDERS

Delivery estimate: 2–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Flat rate: $10.00


REST OF CANADA

Delivery estimate: 5–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Flat rate: $18.99


UNITED STATES ORDERS — TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

Due to new U.S. tariffs on Canadian packages, deliveries to the United States are currently paused.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for supporting small businesses.


DELIVERY DELAYS / CUSTOM FEES

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR DELAYED ORDERS.
An order is considered lost only after 30 days from its dispatch date.
If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us at info@bloocreations.com so we can open a case and assist you.

BlooCreations is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages damaged or lost during shipping
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Error made by the shipping provider

Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

International packages may occasionally be held by customs, causing extended delays. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office for updates.


DAMAGES

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s).
Email photos of the package and its contents, along with your order number, to info@bloocreations.com. 
We will review the information and follow up with next steps.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins.
Most products are ready to ship, so if you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
Once the order has shipped, the return policy applies.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're unhappy with your order, email us at info@bloocreations.com. Returns must be authorized by BlooCreations.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for defective or incorrect items, provided they are in their original condition: unworn and unwashed.
Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items
  • Blind Date with a Book items
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Second-hand items

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns (return shipping + shipping of replacement).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
