Eco-Book Exchange – Terms & Conditions
Our Eco‑Book Exchange program encourages sustainable reading by giving books a second life. To maintain a curated and high‑quality selection, the following conditions apply.
How the exchange works
Bring an eligible book and receive a store credit applicable toward the purchase of a new book, online or at markets.
Credit details are provided at the time of exchange.
Accepted genres
We accept books only in the genres currently offered in our shop:
- Romance
- Dark Romance
- Fiction
- Thriller
- Crime / Mystery
- Fantasy
Books outside these categories will not be accepted.
Only books that align with our shop’s universe are accepted.
Book condition requirements
Books must be:
- Recent editions
- In very good condition
- With white or lightly off‑white pages
- Free of writing, highlighting, or notes
Books not accepted
We do not accept:
- Books with yellowed pages or very old editions
- Cookbooks, biographies, non‑fiction, historical or educational books
- Damaged books (torn pages, worn covers)
- Books with stains, smoke, humidity, or mold odors
Evaluation and refusal
All books are reviewed on site.
We reserve the right to refuse any book that does not meet these criteria in order to preserve the quality and identity of our collection.
Use of credits
- Only one credit may be applied per book purchase.
- Multiple credits cannot be combined on a single item.
- Credits may be used only on eligible book purchases.
- Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits may have an expiration date.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Any changes will apply to future exchanges only.
